You can contact the Umic manufacturer in various ways:

We recommend that you send us a written request.

In the first instance, our technicians will try to solve your problem quickly by phone or email.

So that your request can be processed more efficiently, please tell us the following information and keep it to hand:

  • Order reference number
  • Product reference number
  • Product serial number
  • Detailed description of the difficulties experienced and the expected reason for the fault (with the error message given by the apparatus if appropriate)
  • Description of the action already taken
  • If it is a written request, please specify in the subject line/title: request - name of your company

When our technicians detect a physical failure of the equipment which requires action, they will give you the instructions for sending the equipment back, or will give you a date for on-site assistance (if your product is eligible for this type of service).

For certain apparatus, the warranty covers parts, labour and postage costs. (For more information on this matter, please read the warranty supplied with the product.)

If the material is under warranty, arrangements for delivering the equipment and sending it back are organised by Wetlands Biosciences s.a. and carried out by La Poste, UPS or DHL.
If the equipment is no longer under warranty, the postage costs shall be borne by you.

  • The equipment in its original state (with cable, charger, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase
  • A letter giving details of the reasons for the failure.

    If the equipment was supplied to you faulty and the defect has been validated by our After Sales Service Team, we will do a standard exchange for you automatically.
    If the defect appeared after use, the parts will be repaired or a standard exchange will be done.
